Christian Aid Collective Photographic Exhibition Saturday 4th – Thursday 16th June 2016
Inspired by the work of Christian Aid partners in Brazil, a group of young artists have put together an exhibition of photos and original artwork to showcase the inspiring stories of people working to tackle violence and inequality, in a country where 2/3 of the land is owned by 3% of the population, and a women is murdered every two hours. Drawing on themes such as hope, patience and transformation, the exhibition provides an opportunity to celebrate the ways in which individuals and organisations are challenging injustice and working collectively for a better world.
The photos and art work will be on display in the South Ambulatory from Saturday 4th June to Thursday 16th June – please do take the opportunity of coming and seeing this interesting and challenging exhibition.
