A fun filled Cathedral at our Half Term Family Activities

The Cathedral was a buzz of activity as we welcomed over 65 children and their families to the Cathedral for some half term activities.

On Monday and Tuesday the Cathedral was a buzz of activity as we welcomed over 65 children and their families to the Cathedral for some half term activties. The children enjoyed following a trail around the Cathedral identifying different features of the building and counting the number of arches. There was the opportunity to have a go at building a stone arch and tiling a roof. The sheer delight of the Mums and Dads (and chidren) as they successfully managed to build the arch. The children used their creative skills to create their own mini Cathedral to take home and the Pop Up Cathedral was used as a place for reflective prayer stations. We look forward to holding further half term activities in May.
