Richard Abraham, Chief Operating Officer
Richard joined Portsmouth Cathedral in 2019 after spending nearly three years with the Diocese of Europe as their business improvement consultant. Prior to working for the Church of England, he worked in politics in Canada, for local government here in the UK and for multi-national market research firms both here in the UK and internationally.
At Portsmouth Cathedral, Richard has led a refocussing to deliver balanced budgets to support mission as well as introducing new approaches to digital marketing, events, and visitor experience, seeing us engage more widely with the local community and visitors alike.
