More dates announced for Yoga led by Kat Waters
More dates have been released for a unique yoga experience in the beautiful and peaceful setting of Portsmouth Cathedral. Led by experienced yoga instructor Kat Waters, these classes will help you to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, while also providing a much-needed opportunity to relax and de-stress.
Kat is a highly experienced teacher who has trained in various styles of yoga and has a passion for sharing the benefits of this ancient practice with her students. Her classes at Portsmouth Cathedral will focus on Hatha Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic and energetic style that emphasizes linking movement with breath.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you'll find Kat's classes accessible, inclusive, and challenging in the best possible way. Each class will begin with guided breathwork to help you connect with your inner self and cultivate a sense of calm and focus. From there, you'll gradually move into a flowing practice that builds strength, flexibility, and balance.
In addition to the physical benefits of yoga, Kat's classes at Portsmouth Cathedral also offer the opportunity for deep rest and relaxation, allowing your body and mind to reset, restore, and rejuvenate. You'll leave feeling grounded, centered, and uplifted, with a greater sense of clarity and purpose.
