Paul is a Photographer and filmmaker based in Southsea and co-founder of Portsmouth creative collective Strong Island back in 2008. In this talk we’ll be exploring the concept of time as something that is directly representational in both taking a photo (freezing or stretching the moment) as well as creating time-lapses and films…and is also something that can be creatively expressed as a subject as well as part of the creative process.
