Portsmouth Cathedral Chocolate Workshop

Experience the fun of making your own chocolate with award winning chocolatier Fiona Sciolti of Sciolti Chocolates.

Morning Workshop for Families & Children (£2.50 per child, adults free with accompanied children)

This will be a fun, informal and enlightening morning where children can make and decorate their own milk chocolate lollipop. See and handle real cocoa pods and beans, learn about the origins of chocolate, and the importance of ethical sourcing.

Afternoon Workshop for Adults — 2.00pm - 4pm (£5.00 per attendee)

An afternoon talk, demonstration, and tutored tasting with Fiona on chocolate. Fiona will talk about the origins of chocolate, and the importance of ethical sourcing, and will demonstrate two recipes that can easily be made in a home environment. She will show the audience the art and importance of tempering chocolate, together with hand rolling truffles to a professional level. Tasters of both the truffles and hot chocolate will be on offer.

Fiona will also have a selection of chocolates for sale on the day.
