Portsmouth Cathedral is excited to announce the return of yoga sessions led by Kat Waters throughout 2023.
£15
Following the overwhelmingly positive response to the "Yoga in the Wild Cathedral" in Summer 2022, these classes will offer the opportunity for participants to enjoy the benefits of yoga in a beautiful and peaceful setting.
Each class will begin with guided breathwork, gradually building to a Hatha Vinyasa Flow class that focuses on moving with the breath and building a safe and strong practice. Participants of all levels and abilities are welcome.
In addition to the physical benefits of yoga, these classes will also offer the opportunity for deep rest and relaxation, allowing the body and mind to reset, restore, and tranquilize the nervous system.
The first date for these yoga sessions is Saturday, 28 January, 2023, with more classes to be added throughout the year. Those interested can book online through the Portsmouth Cathedral website. We look forward to seeing you there!
