Want to take part in crafts in the Nave of a Cathedral? Come to Portsmouth Cathedral on the 9th and 16th September where we will be hosting Craft Sessions. Unwrap your creativity with two engaging and inspirational crafts. First, express your creative side by re-imagining the Cathedral, and be inspired by our 800 years of architectural history. How you would design the Cathedral if given the chance? Second, sit back and learn how to create a thread bookmark. Utilising the use of threads to express creativity, as many have done for centuries.
Also at the time during Heritage Open Days (and beyond) the 'Threads Through Creation' exhibition by Jacqui Parkinson, will be open daily.
