Bishop Jonathan blesses oils for use in parishes and leads ministers from across the Diocese in a renewal of their commitment to serve God and their neighbours.
On Maundy Thursday we welcome Bishop Jonathan and clergy from around the Diocese of Portsmouth for the annual Chrism Eucharist when they renew the vows made at their Ordination to serve God faithfully as ministers in his Church.
During the service, Bishop Jonathan will also bless the holy oils that the clergy will use in their ministry over the coming years.
