Chrism Eucharist

On Maundy Thursday, Bishop Jonathan gathers with clergy and lay ministers from across the Diocese for the Chrism Eucharist, marking the beginning of the most solemn and special three days in the Church's year. During this service, the Bishop blesses the holy oils that will be used for baptisms, confirmations, and anointings throughout the year. It is a time of renewal and reflection as we prepare for the events of Good Friday and Easter. The Chrism Eucharist brings together the clergy and laity in a shared act of worship, uniting the Diocese in anticipation of the Passion and Resurrection of Christ. All are welcome to join us for this sacred and meaningful service.
