Christingle is a joyful celebration that brings families and communities together to share the light of Jesus and spread a message of hope.
During the service, each person takes a Christingle and the candles are all lit to create and warm, magical glow symbolizing the light of Christ and bringing hope to people living in darkness.
Supporting The Children’s Society
This service will be collecting for The Children’s Society, a national charity working to transform the hopes and happiness of young people facing abuse, exploitation and neglect. Supporting them through their most serious life challenges and we campaign tirelessly for the big social changes that will improve the lives of those who need hope most.
All are welcome to join for this service at the Cathedral, booking is not required.
